With the new year upon us we are all looking forward, again, to a better world and a better year. We pin many of these hopes on changing external conditions; yet, in reality, we can understand that by developing our inner conditions – wisdom and spiritual power – we can have the happiness we seek.
In this series, Gen Kelsang Wangpo will share Buddhist advice so that we can generate the wisdom and spiritual power we need to find the happiness we desire. Everyone is welcome.
