SPECIAL EVENTS

This class will emphasize the Guru Yoga of Je Tsongkhapa. There will be detailed explanations of why this practice is important, how to engage in the various prayers and practices, and how to rely on this practice to increase our spiritual qualities.

In this meditation class, we will learn how to enhance the meaning and enjoyment of our holiday season through increasing our appreciation of the kindness of others. Through seeing kindness in everything around us, we can make our relationships stronger and more meaningful.
