Join us for our Sunday morning classes with Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Wangpo. The class includes guided meditations, teachings, and prayers for world peace.
We are currently enjoying teachings from New Eight Steps to Happiness with an emphasis on learning to maintain a loving and patient attitude even in the most difficult times.
